Very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Fort Allen Park. Nice hot and great breakfasts with yogurt and nearby bakeries, as for instance. An ideal hotel, my first choice in Portland.

It was truly a wonderful stay for a quick visit, the hotel met requirements. The property had a great location in very walkable area of Portland.

Greatly enjoyed the room with a well made bed covered in fluffy warm fresh smelling sheets, my bed was comfy. Its location just walking distance from a historic cathedral was favourable and perfect.

The property is immaculately clean; good-sized rooms; comfy bed. Favourable location close enough to the CAT ferry to Nova Scotia and also the ferry to Peaks Island, and restaurant district, it's very central. Need to be mentioned that there were lots of restaurants to eat, like Hugo's that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Every time we stay in Portland, like to stay here.

They offered toast, cereals, pastries, yogurt, and eggs for breakfast. It was a joy spending time in the big size and recently decorated room with comfortable beds, fluffy warm fresh smelling sheets, a nice bathroom. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

I have stayed here before now, it's still an exceptionally comfortable and friendly hotel. Everything was well-maintained, it had free wifi, no complaints whatsoever. The room was impressive and new-fashioned included multi-channel TV, a microwave, and a fridge.

Outstanding location, right on the waterfront. Right in the heart of downtown. Comfortable room and nice breakfast in the morning.

Was disappointed to have to pay for parking, $30/night. I understand that the hotel is in the downtown area, but you'd think that for the price of the room, parking would be included.
